At Level Up Gear Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost after reviewing your claim.

4. Refunds

Since we operate through Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Approved refunds will be issued either through a digital wallet transfer or bank deposit, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping feesx are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened earphones/headphones

  • Used screen protectors

  • Custom or personalized products
